Optical isolation Interface I/O Module Micro_DIO

for the Microcontroller-Module mini08 from Würz elektronik

The Micro_DIO is a digital input/output module that fits directly to the mini08 microcontroller module from Würz elektronik.

The 8 inputs and the 8 outputs are optically isolated and are routed to a 20 pin pinheader connector. The connector can be equipped on top or bottom of the module either with 0 or 90 degree pins. Inputs have onboard pull-ups. Outputs are driven with power MOSFETs.

8 optically isolated inputs connected to port D of the MC68HC08A0-CAN

8 optically isolated outputs connected to port F of the MC68HC08A0-CAN

20 pin pinheader for external signals

same size as mini08 (w/l/h): 40/61/9 mm

outputs driven with power MOSFETs:

static Drain-to-Source, R_DS(on): 0,5 Ohm ( max)
Drain-to-Source Breakdown V, V _(BR)DDS: 50 V(min)

inputs have low input current requirements of 0,5 mA
