for the Microcontroller-Module ec376-TouCAN from Würz elektronik

The Mini_DIO is a digital input/output module that fits directly to the ec376-TouCAN microcontroller module from Würz elektronik. The 40 inputs and the 40 outputs use TTL level and are routed to a pinheader connector. They are controlled via QSPI. Optionally 16 outputs can be equipped with reedrelais type Günther 3570.1331.x.

Mini_DIO features:

40 inputs with pull-up resistor, TTL level
40 3-state outputs (74595 latches)
20 pin pinheader for external signals
same size as ec376 (w/l/h): 55/92/9 mm
16 of the 40 outputs can optionally drive reedrelais type Günther 3570.1331.x:

switching power: 10W/10VA

switching voltage: 100V

switching current 0,5A; 1A(max)

resistance: 150 mOhm (max)

all signals are routed to pinheader connectors.
